FOIAXpress Fundamentals
This two-day introductory course is led by OPEXUS subject matter experts of 15 years and uses a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice to introduce the major features of FOIAXpress. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills needed to manage the full lifecycle of a FOIA request—from creation of request to delivery of documents through archival of the case.
Courses are available in both virtual and in-person formats. Each class costs $750.00 per person.
How do I know if this course is right for me?
Course Audience
This course is designed for new FOIAXpress users or those that need a refresher training, and includes helpful tips, advanced techniques, and knowledge exercises.
Course Prerequisites
Participants are current FOIAXpress users or have procured the solution. Participants should come with laptop devices as equipment is not provided by OPEXUS. Participants may connect to their agency’s test or production environment or may choose to use an OPEXUS demonstration environment for course participation.
